Empowering Tomorrow's Leaders

Welcome to UTH Foundation, where we believe in the power of creative expression to transform lives. We are dedicated to closing the opportunity gap for youth in New Orleans, fostering sustainable innovation, professional, and community impact through art, education, leadership, mentorship, and creative entrepreneurship.

Our Vision In Action

The UTH Foundation, a Louisiana Nonprofit Corporation, 501(c)(3), was established by Khayree Salahuddin, also known as the artist La Reezy, a native of New Orleans. While his music resonates worldwide, his other primary focus is community advocacy, leadership, and youth empowerment.

UTH was founded on the belief that young people deserve spaces where they can use their time creatively and purposefully. Khayree's vision goes beyond artistry, focusing on creating environments where New Orleans youth are innovators who design impactful programs, form partnerships, and build opportunities that reflect their experiences.

At its core, the UTH Foundation advocates for community needs and supports young people pursuing entrepreneurship and sustainable, local success. Its mission is authentic, community-centered, and future-focused.

"As a parent, observing and testing the tools offered by the UTH Foundation's mentorship is amazing. I have watched my son go from not having a voice at all throughout his academic journey to a worldwide voice. The UTH Foundation provided wraparound services that created a business model for him that has remained continuously successful. The UTH Foundation found his voice and facilitated a path to success."
